Who We Are

We are a bunch of product designers and solution designers that would love to hear about the products that you love and the products that you hate. We want to make products and technology more humane and pleasant to use. We want to make products and technology more transparent so that you don't have to think very much when you need to use the products, especially in an emergency. We would like to minimise accidents and hazardous incidents for the end-user community.

What We Do

If you explain your issues very clearly, we will investigate and attempt to solve the product design flaws. We will approach the relevant authorities and help facilitate a resolution. We may open up a public discussion where necessary to access expertise and resources that are outside the scope of our combined talents, expertise and experiences.

Your views and your identity will be kept strictly confidential, unless you have expressly indicated otherwise. If we need you to come forward, we will ask you for permission first.

Tell Us About the Things that You Love

We'd love to hear about the things and the products that you love, merely because it brightens our day. Tell us how you find them to be helpful, useful and immeasurably indispensable.

Tell Us About the Things that You Hate

We also love to hear about the products, technology and websites that are difficult to use or understand. When you use them, you are prone to make mistakes; accidents happen, etc. Tell us when it is easy for you to misunderstand the designer's intent. Tell us your pet gripes.

What To Report - We Need the Details

We need enough information in order to identify the product. Tell us the product manufacturer, make, model, as much detail as you are able to get off the product.

Then tell us what went wrong. What were you doing at the time? What was the misunderstanding? What was the accident? What was the flaw? We need enough detail for another person to reproduce the error.
